Design-build renovation of a 36,000 sf two-story office building and an adjacent 12,000 sf café. The client wanted to incorporate the natural elements of the building to embrace a bright open space full of ambient light. In order to create such a space, we installed high efficiency light fixtures with both occupancy and daylight sensors to ensure conservation of unnecessary energy and just the right amount of light.
