This four-story building consists of three floors of office space, with the first floor featuring a high-end Customer Experience Center (CEC) and a 5,000-square-foot auditorium. The scope of work included a PG&E transformer upgrade, installation of 15 EV chargers, electrical distribution, branch power, theatrical lighting, lighting controls, fire alarm system, and extensive BIM coordination.
