Midpoint

Tenant improvements of (3) core/shell buildings on a campus in San Jose. Scope included electrical service replacements, electrical distribution, branch power, lighting, lighting controls, and new fire life safety systems. Though mostly office space, each building contained a unique element or space contributing to the challenging build whether it was a full service café/kitchen, Event Node Production Studio, or a R&D lab space. There was also extensive site work with new electric vehicle chargers, site lighting, and trash enclosures to serve each building.
