Clyde Buildings

This design-build renovation included a 36,000-square-foot two-story office building and an adjacent 12,000-square-foot café. The client sought to highlight the building’s natural elements by creating a bright, open space filled with ambient light. To support this vision, we installed high-efficiency light fixtures with both occupancy and daylight sensors, ensuring just the right amount of illumination while minimizing unnecessary energy use.
