Clinton Woodley
Clint’s journey at Elcor began by working summers at the age of 14, and he has dedicated his nearly three decades of construction experience to the success of the company. As a second-generation leader, he has played a pivotal role in driving the responsible growth of the organization while staying true to the culture and values that define it. He is passionate about building strong internal and external relationships, resulting in exceptional value to clients and meaningful opportunities for Elcor team members. Clint takes pride in developing a dedicated, values-driven team and emphasizes excellence across every level of the organization, holding himself and others accountable to that pursuit. With a steady focus on integrity, continuous improvement, and strong client relationships, he leads by example and encourages others to do the same.
Outside of work, Clint enjoys traveling, golfing, fishing, and spending time with family. To him, every team member is an integral part of the Elcor family, trusted, respected, and vital to shaping the company’s future. That family feel is more than just a concept for Clint; it’s personal. His son also started working at Elcor at age 14, and while Clint has enjoyed exposing a third generation to the company, he looks forward to his children charting their own path in life.

Ryan Woodley
Ryan’s 25-year journey at Elcor is one of growth, adaptability, and family values. Starting as a teen when his father co-founded Elcor in 1989, he worked his way up through nearly every role, from laborer to Vice President. His leadership has played a central role in Elcor’s transformation, driven by a commitment to excellence and strategic growth. As a second-generation electrical contractor, Ryan blends tradition with forward-thinking approaches to foster a collaborative, purpose-driven workplace. He values Elcor’s family-like culture, where strong relationships are at the core of every success.
Outside the office, Ryan prioritizes time with his family and enjoys golf, hunting, skiing, and snowboarding. He’s also an enthusiastic collector, always searching for unique finds like coins, comics, skateboards, and shoes. His hobbies reflect a purpose-driven mindset and the enthusiastic energy he brings to the workplace.

Dustin Huff
With 25 years in the construction industry, 15 of such at Elcor, Dustin is a seasoned leader recognized for delivering projects on time and within budget, while cultivating strong client relationships. His success is rooted in a commitment to collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and unwavering attention to quality throughout each phase of a project. Known for his steady leadership and results-driven mindset, Dustin exemplifies the values that drive Elcor’s reputation for excellence.
Outside of work, Dustin embraces life with energy and a love for the outdoors. Whether snowboarding, camping, fishing, or off-roading, he seeks out adventure and enjoys connecting with nature. He’s also a recreational golfer who enjoys the challenge of improving his swing. Dustin values camaraderie and believes in the power of continuous growth, guided by the motto: “Be better than you were yesterday.” Known for his fun-loving, social personality, he brings a spirited and supportive approach to both his personal life and professional leadership.

Throughout his 20 years at Elcor, Brad has advanced from project engineer to project executive, playing a key role in delivering successful projects and supporting the company’s continued growth. His leadership is defined by a deep commitment to client service, meaningful relationship-building, and setting strong examples that reinforce Elcor’s collaborative culture and family-oriented values. Brad thrives on the dynamic nature of construction, viewing each challenge as an opportunity for growth and innovation.
When he’s not working, Brad enjoys an active lifestyle filled with basketball, running, traveling, and quality time with his wife and two daughters. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he brings a competitive yet fun-loving spirit to everything he does, always emphasizing teamwork and precision. Known for his curiosity and positive attitude, he values the friendships and shared moments that make both work and life more fulfilling.

Troy Martinez
With 29 years at Elcor, Troy brings deep expertise and a strong focus on relationship-building to his role as Project Executive. Beginning his career in the field before moving into the office, he played a key role in developing Elcor’s Special Projects department, SPark. Known for his commitment to mentorship and collaboration, Troy lives by the motto: “Give. Give. Give.”, and takes pride in supporting the next generation of Elcor professionals. He proudly states that the best part of his job is the people, and that he “bleeds Elcor blue.”
When not at work, Troy enjoys biking, hiking local trails, and playing golf. Now a proud grandfather, he approaches life with honesty, integrity, and a hands-on mindset rooted in lifelong learning. His grounded personality and passion for personal connection shine through in everything he does.

Since joining Elcor in 2013, Sarah has been instrumental in driving operational efficiency and shaping a collaborative, growth-oriented culture. She has also led transformative tenant improvement projects for Elcor’s two headquarters buildings, thoughtfully managing each phase from design to completion to enhance the employee experience. Her strength lies in blending technical know-how with a people-first mindset to support long-term organizational success.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters. Whether they’re out on the lake, in the mountains, or traveling to new places, she is always up for the next adventure. She has a passion for solving technology challenges and brings a never-quit attitude to everything she does. With a spirit of adventure and curiosity, Sarah embraces each day with energy and a love for discovery.

Guided by her philosophy to “be happy, not because everything is good, but because you can see the good side of everything,” Sheila brings positivity and perspective to both her personal life and professional role.

Ryan Lung
Ryan has dedicated his entire construction career to Elcor, where he leads preconstruction efforts with precision, adaptability, and a thoughtful approach to problem-solving. One of his proudest achievements was guiding a major project through the challenges of the COVID pandemic, a true reflection of his resilience and commitment. Ryan thrives in Elcor’s team-oriented environment, where loyalty, collaboration, and shared success are part of the culture. He approaches each project with a balance of logic and creativity, believing that both are essential to meaningful, lasting outcomes.
When out of the office, Ryan stays active and engaged through golf and ice hockey, fueling his competitive spirit. He also nurtures his creative side by playing guitar, and he and his brother co-wrote a song that was featured in the Netflix film Dog Gone. Whether on the job or in his free time, Ryan brings a well-rounded, level-headed energy to everything he does.
