New two-story Library and Community Hall totaling 60,000 sf. Work included new electrical services, extensive decorative interior lighting, site lighting, Fire Alarm System, Voice/Data System, Security System and site infrastructure. The library incorporates LEED sustainable design practices to maximize energy efficiency.
