New 120,000 sf corporate headquarters.
Design-build tenant improvement of a 150,000 sf 2-story office building to consolidate Facebook’s early Bay Area employees into a central corporate headquarters. Work included power, lighting, UPS System, Fire Alarm System and a Café/Kitchen. The project achieved LEED certification and was the first commercial project completed under Palo Alto’s Green Building Ordinance.
