Tenant improvement of a new 2-story building in Fremont.
This 100,000 square foot project spans two floors and consists of over 60,000 square feet of research and development labs. Our scope included an upgraded PG&E service, new electrical distribution, generator install, branch power, lighting, lighting controls, electric vehicle chargers and a new fire alarm system. In addition, a 275 kW UPS system was installed which was backed up by the 1 MW generator to ensure no information from the labs would be lost during a loss of power.
