Ground-up construction of a 12-story, core and shell, medical office building in San Jose.

This building consists of (2) levels of underground parking, (4) levels of above-ground parking and (6) floors of leasable office space for the County of Santa Clara. Scope included installation of (2) 4000A services and (1) 1.25mW Tier 4 diesel generator at the interior of the building to support both emergency and standby power that will be required for future use.
