Exact Sciences

This design-build tenant improvement project included modern office space and extensive research and development laboratories. The lab area features five large, state-of-the-art clean rooms and two individual controlled lab spaces, each measuring 10,000 square feet. Additional amenity spaces, including a zen room, mother’s room, and dedicated office and break areas, were also incorporated to enhance employee well-being and functionality. (Project completed for Genomic Health prior to merger with Exact Sciences.)
