This 5-story structure features two levels of below-grade parking and three levels of office space above grade. Ground floor includes a reception lobby, 200-seat cafe, multipurpose training rooms, and fitness area. Upper floors are made up of open workspaces, conference rooms, and other functional and inspiring spaces. The scope of this fast-track project included new electrical services, power, lighting, lighting controls, and fire & life safety systems.
