Tenant improvement of an existing 111,000 single story building in Fremont.
This build out consisted of office space, restroom cores, large production area, and (10) large server testing areas. The scope of work had a heavy emphasis on electrical infrastructure including (3) 4,000 amp electrical services, robust electrical distribution, power for a large mechanical yard, new lighting, and lighting controls.
