New 93,000 sf 3-story technologically-advanced Library above a 3-story parking garage. Work included a new electrical service, extensive decorative lighting, an emergency generator, Fire Alarm System, Voice/Data System and Security System. The project is certified LEED Gold by the U.S. Green Building Council and received the following accolades: Green Building Award (Sustainable San Mateo County), Merit Award for Green Building and Merit Award for Civic Building (California Construction – Best of).
