Three new buildings and extensive renovation of an existing building totaling 32,000 sf. Project consisted of a multipurpose building, a classroom building, administration offices and remodel of the existing Community Center. Work included new electrical service, power, interior lighting, site lighting, Fire Alarm System, Voice/Data System, Security System, Audio-Visual System and site infrastructure. This project is one the first City of San Jose buildings to attain LEED Certification.
