This 22-acre site renovation consisted of new landscape pathways and plazas, parking areas, fountain features, and signage, that required design and installation of all power and lighting to comply with USGBC LEED prerequisites to obtain LEED Silver certification. Sustainable features included energy-efficient exterior LED lighting and EV car charging stations.
