Tenant improvement of an existing 4-story building in Redwood City. The building is comprised of 3 floors of office space, and the first floor featured a high-end customer experience center (CEC) with a 5,000 sf auditorium. Scope included PG&E transformer upgrade, (15) EV chargers, electrical distribution, branch power, theatrical lighting, lighting controls, fire alarm and extensive BIM coordination.
