Tenant improvement of a 2-story customer-facing event space for a confidential client in Mountain View. The 2-level renovation included a new conference center, open office areas, microkitchen, coffee bar, dining area and new restrooms. Scope included electrical distribution, branch power, architectural lighting, theatrical lighting, exterior lighting, lighting controls, emergency egress lighting upgrade, fire alarm system modifications, and a new transformer to support the isolated ground requirement for the AV system.
