Complete build out of (4) 2-story office buildings totaling 319,000 sf. Project consisted of over 900 offices, multiple engineering labs, a data center and a café. Work included new electrical services, power, lighting, emergency generator, UPS Systems, Fire Alarm System, and site infrastructure. Expiration of the tenant’s existing lease required an aggressive 5 month project schedule.
